To be a Port Authority (or assimilated) of the Gulf Region, or Port entities or bodies representing several ports
To share the objectives of the Arabports association as described in the status,
To commit a real and regular involvement in the works of the technical committees, executive committee and general assembly.
Presentation of the Arabports Association to the international and European authorities
To collaborate with the Arab Ports to promote the increase of the commercial and maritime lines within the Gulf, to increase the performance and the visibility of the Gulf ports, and to get closer to the key international institutions.
They are represented in the following:
• Authorities, associations and offices specialized in establishing and implementing works, which have direct connection with the federation activity.
• Arab Consultancy Offices working in the field of Arab Sea Ports.
• Specialized federations related to the field of Arab Sea Ports.
• Industrial and Commercial Chambers in the Arab Countries.
They are represented in the specialized Arab organizations related to the Arab Sea Ports field, international organizations and Arab Specialized Federations related to the federation's activity.

Membership fees are collected once from the members of the federation when joining it. The annual subscription is collected annually. The value of the membership fees and the annual subscription is determined in American dollars, according to the type of the membership, as determines in the following table:
