To collaborate with the Arab Ports to promote the increase of the commercial and maritime lines within the Gulf, to increase the performance and the visibility of the Gulf ports, and to get closer to the key international institutions.

Membership fees are collected once from the members of the federation when joining it. The annual subscription is collected annually. The value of the membership fees and the annual subscription is determined in American dollars, according to the type of the membership, as determines in the following table:
